Postdoctoral Position Available
Postdoctoral Researcher Position in Flexible/Stretchable Electronics
A Post-Doctoral Researcher position is available on exciting projects related to flexible/stretchable electronics and soft neural devices with start date of ASAP. This research is multidisciplinary, crossing the areas of electrical engineering, materials science and engineering, biomedical engineering, and physics. We are broadly interested in development of soft bio-integrated devices that integrate electronics, photonics, microfluidics, and advanced materials. We closely collaborate with medical doctors and neuroscientists for this effort.
Requirement - A candidate is sought to join an effort to develop advanced flexible/stretchable electronics technology for wearables and implantables. The successful candidate should have strong training in some or all of design and fabrication of Flexible electronics, MEMS, Microfluidic devices, and circuit design. Expertise and extensive experience in micro/nano fabrication is a must.
All candidates should have strong experimental background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong academic and publication record, and the ability to work independently. Postdocs are expected to function independently in the design and development of their research, collaborate with internal and external investigators, and participate in the preparation of manuscripts, grants, and presentations.
